Who may enter:  The Tweetstakes is open to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia who are 18 years or older with Internet access at time of entry and registered users of Twitter with public, unprotected Twitter accounts, and who are followers of Kidfresh Foods (Twitter handle: @KidfreshFoods). Only entrants logging onto the Internet from within the 50 United States and the District of Columbia are eligible to enter the Tweetstakes. The following persons are not eligible to enter the Tweetstakes: (a) employees of Kidfresh (the “Sponsor”), its affiliates or subsidiaries, (b) employees of any organizations directly involved with this Tweetstakes, (c) immediate family members and persons living in the same household as the persons identified in (a) or (b) above.
