smart portions
One size doesn't fit all! Kidfresh recognizes that kids’ dietary needs vary as they grow! We work with top nutritionists to develop meals that are nutritionally balanced for children aged 3-6 years old. We also offer individual portions that will work for toddlers as well as children up to 10!
Have a look at the guidelines below, all based on the USDA Dietary Guidelines for Americans.

The daily requirement in calories is 850.
Allergies are very important at this age (and thereafter). New foods need to be introduced with caution.
Children this age should be consuming 16 to 20 ounces of milk per day. If no allergies, breast milk or formula only for 0 to 12 months, then whole milk for 12-24 months and lowfat milk henceforth.
To start solid food and other questions, please consult your pediatrician, as each child is different.
