Pollock, Batter [water, wheat flour, chickpea flour, corn starch, garlic powder, salt, onion powder, leavening (cream of tartar, baking soda), whole wheat flour, celery seed, natural flavor], NON-GMO expeller pressed canola oil, Bread Crumbs (whole wheat flour, yeast, molasses, sea salt).

CONVENTIONAL OVEN
- Preheat oven to 400°F.
- Remove fish sticks from all packaging.
- Spread fish sticks on baking sheet on middle rack of oven. Bake for 12-15 minutes. Internal temperature needs to reach 165°F.
- After cooking, let fish sticks stand for 1 minute before serving.
TOASTER OVEN
- Preheat oven to 400°F.
- Remove fish sticks from all packaging.
- Spread fish sticks on tray or foil and place on middle rack of oven. Bake for 5-6 minutes. Internal temperature needs to reach 165°F.
- After cooking, let fish sticks stand for 1 minute before serving.
MICROWAVE OVEN (1100 watts)
- Remove fish sticks from all packaging.
- Place fish sticks on a microwave plate lined with paper towel (for crispier results). Cook for 50 – 60 seconds. Microwave ovens below 1100 watts may require additional cook time to reach proper temperature.
- Check that the product is cooked thoroughly. Internal temperature needs to reach 165°F.
- After cooking, let fish sticks stand for 1 minute before serving.
