Chicken Breast Meat, Water, Pureed Cauliflower, Pureed Onions, Unbleached Wheat Flour, Corn Starch, Salt, Yellow Corn Flour, Rice Starch, Yeast, Flavors, Molasses, Leavening (Cream of Tartar, Baking Soda), Sea Salt, Whole Grain Millet Flour. Browned in expeller pressed Canola Oil.

CONVENTIONAL & TOASTER OVEN
- Preheat oven to 375°F.
- Place chicken sticks in a single layer on a baking sheet.
- Bake until hot, about 10 minutes. Internal temperature needs to reach 165°F.
- After cooking, let chicken sticks stand for 1 minute before serving.
MICROWAVE OVEN (1100 WATT)
- Place chicken sticks in a single layer on a microwavable plate lined with paper towel.
- Cook for 45 seconds, flip chicken sticks over and then cook an additional 30 seconds. Internal temperature needs to reach 165°F.
- After cooking, let chicken sticks stand for 1 minute before serving.
