Wheat tortillas with cheddar, mozzarella and pureed carrots
Tortilla (Wheat Flour, Water, Canola Oil, Sugar, Salt, Citric Acid, Baking Soda, Guar Gum, Enzyme), Water, Cheddar Cheese (Pasteurized Part Skim Milk, Cheese Cultures, Sea Salt, Vegetable Enzymes, Annatto), Mozzarella Cheese (Pasteurized Part Skim Milk, Culture, Salt, Enzymes), Cream (Cream, Milk),Carrot Puree, Nonfat Dry Milk, Corn Starch, Milk Protein, Canola Oil, Sea Salt.

MICROWAVE OVEN (1100 WATT)
- Remove all packaging. Place quesadillas on a microwavable plate andcover with paper towel.
- Microwave on high for 50 seconds to 1 minute, or until cheese has melted. Microwave ovens below 1100 watts may require additional cook time to reach proper temperature.
- Check that the product is cooked thoroughly. Internal temperature needs to reach 165°F.
- After cooking, let quesadillas stand for 1–2 minutes before serving. Cut into wedges and serve immediately.
STOVE TOP (PAN-FRY)
- Preheat non-greased frying pan to medium-low.
- Remove all packaging and place quesadillas in frying pan.
- Cook one side for 2–3 minutes, turn over and cook an additional 2–3 minutes.
- Repeat if necessary, until quesadillas are cooked through inside and crisp and golden brown outside.
- Check that the product is cooked thoroughly. Internal temperature needs to reach 165°F.
- After cooking, let quesadillas stand for 1–2 minutes before serving. Cut into wedges and serve immediately.
