Fish Sticks

Alaska Pollock, Whole Wheat Flour, Water, Non-Gmo Expeller Pressed Canola Oil, Wheat Flour, Contains 2% or less of: Chickpea Flour, Natural Flavors, Yeast, Spices, Corn Starch, Leavening (Baking Soda, Cream of Tartar), Garlic Powder, Sea Salt, Molasses, Onion Powder, Salt.

Allergens: Contains Fish (Pollock), Wheat.

Note that this item is uncooked. Please refer to the cooking directions on the packaging.

CONVENTIONAL OVEN

1. Preheat oven to 400°F.
2. Remove fish sticks from all packaging.
3. Spread fish sticks on baking sheet on middle rack of oven. Bake for 12-15 minutes. Internal temperature needs to reach 165°F.
4. After cooking, let fish sticks stand for 1 minute before serving.

MICROWAVE OVEN (1100 watts)

1. Remove fish sticks from all packaging.
2. Place fish sticks on a microwave plate lined with paper towel (for crispier results). Cook for 50 – 60 seconds. Microwave ovens below 1100 watts may require additional cook time to reach proper temperature.
3. Check that the product is cooked thoroughly. Internal temperature needs to reach 165°F.
4. After cooking, let fish sticks stand for 1 minute before serving.

Caution: Product will be hot after cooking. Our fish items are made with real fish! Always check for bones before serving. Individual ovens vary. These are guidelines only.
